Abdullaev Elbek Erkin ugli is the Dean of the Faculty of International Economics and Management. He is fluent in Russian, English, and Japanese. His areas of expertise include World Economy and International Economic Relations, Foreign Economic Activity, and Economics and Management.

Elbek Abdullaev’s academic and professional journey began at the Academic Lyceum affiliated with the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, followed by the successful completion of his bachelor’s degree from 2012 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, he pursued his master’s degree while actively participating in scientific research.

In 2021, he was appointed Deputy Dean of the Faculty of International Economics and Management at UWED. From 2021 to 2022, he continued his research as a student at Saitama University (Japan) in Economics and Management. Later, from 2022 to 2024, he conducted in-depth doctoral research in the same field at Saitama University.

Currently, he serves as the Dean of the Faculty of International Economics and Management at UWED.
