Khasan Pulatov holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Political Science from East China Normal University. He currently serves as a Lead Specialist in the Office for Academic and Faculty Affairs at UWED.
