Since 2025, Moxlaroy Sobirjonova has been working as a junior lecturer at the Department of Political Science. She teaches the courses Philosophy and Politics and Mass Media. She is fluent in Russian and English.

She completed her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan and obtained her Master’s degree in International Relations and Foreign Policy at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED).

Moxlaroy Sobirjonova’s research focuses on the strategic priority areas of New Uzbekistan’s foreign policy within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
