Khudoyberganova Dilnoza has been a teacher in the Department of Political Science since January 2021. She teaches subjects such as political science, philosophy, society, and religion.

Khudoyberganova Dilnoza graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in 2014 with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in 2020. From 2016 to 2019, she worked as a chief specialist in the international department, head of the press department, and press secretary for several organizations within the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 2020 to 2021, as head of the international relations development department at the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, she organized international symposiums, biennials, and forums.

During her scientific and pedagogical career, Khudoyberganova Dilnoza published about 10 scientific works in scientific journals and collections. Research topics: the role of think tanks in US foreign policy, regional security, and conflict management.
