Djumayeva Gulnor Sattarovna — Doctor of Political Sciences, Associate Professor. In 1980, she graduated from the Karshi State Pedagogical Institute named after H. Olimjon.

During her career, she worked in the systems of higher education, research and public administration. In particular, she worked as a teacher, senior teacher, head of the department at the Karshi State Pedagogical Institute, as well as a researcher at the Moscow Pedagogical Institute.

In 1999–2009, she served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, retiring with the rank of lieutenant colonel. Later, he continued his scientific career and worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Institute of Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2020-2021, he served as the Head of the Department of International Ratings and Information Analysis at the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2021-2025, he worked as a senior researcher at the Department of Science Development at Inha University in Tashkent. Since August 2025, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Political Science at the Institute of Strategic and Interregional Studies. He teaches political sociology, sociology of management and psychology.

Scientific interests - international relations, geopolitical interests of states, regional integration processes in Central Asia.
