Khurliman Maratova has been working as a senior lecturer of the Department of “Political Science” since September 2, 2025. She teaches subjects such as Political Science, Philosophy, Society and Religion, and Civil Service.

Maratova Khurliman graduated from of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in 2016 “International Relations” (bachelor’s degree), and in 2019 (master’s degree). 2021-2023.yy. Doctoral student of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the specialty of 23.00.02 - "Political institutions, processes and technologies". 

2023-2025.yy. Senior lecturer of the department "Political foundations of public administration" of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, she conducted trainings on topics such as "Diplomatic protocol and etiquette", "Time-management", "Crisis management", Leadership and Team building. Total experience 5 years.

During her scientific and pedagogical activity, Maratova Khurliman has published more than 30 scientific works in scientific journals and collections.

Scientific research topics: Public administration system, modern management models in public administration: New Public Management, Public Administration, Good Governance. US-China relations, Soft Power.
