Biography Facts
Mirakilova Fatima Khasanovna serves as a Chief Specialist at the International Academic Cooperation Office, where she is responsible for developing partnerships with universities and organizations in Central Asia, the Middle East, the South Caucasus, and South Asia.
Fatima has practical experience in international relations, management of educational programs, and establishing international cooperation. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek (NUUz) in Linguistics and English Philology, as well as a master’s degree from the University of Tsukuba (Japan) in International Public Policy, where she specialized in international politics, quality education, and gender policy.
In addition, Fatima serves as the Assistant-Professor at the Department of International Relations, where she teaches the courses “Gender Equality in Diplomacy” and “Contemporary Theories of International Relations.”
