Otabek Nayimov was born in 1980 in Bukhara. He earned his bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TDSU) and his master’s degree at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (JIDU). He is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Department of International Relations at JIDU. His research interests focus on parliamentary oversight functions, inter-parliamentary cooperation in Central Asia, and parliamentary diplomacy.
