Mansurova Gulshoda Shamsiddinovna works as a Course Coordinator at the Faculty of International Relations. Previously, she served as an English language instructor at the Tashkent Vocational College of Hotel Management. At the university, she performs her duties based on the principles of legality, integrity, transparency, responsibility, and student-centeredness. She conducts regular monitoring of the living conditions of the students assigned to her (including university dormitories, rented or private accommodations, or cases where students reside with relatives). She systematically analyzes their living conditions and social (family) circumstances, ensuring their social protection by submitting well-grounded proposals to the dean of the faculty to address identified issues. She also supports the students' stable academic and scientific engagement.       In her work, she upholds human dignity, ensures equality and academic freedom, and adheres to the ethical standards and values of the higher education institution. As an academic process coordinator, Ms. Mansurova provides comprehensive methodological, organizational, and moral support to students as they develop their academic and scientific potential. She also promotes healthy lifestyle practices among students and ensures that their free time is organized meaningfully.
