Gavkhar Mirkhalilova holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Relations and World Politics from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (2019, 2021), as well as a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Strategic Negotiations from the University of Paris-Saclay in France (2023). During her studies in France, she was awarded the IDEX International Master’s Scholarship.

She has worked at the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the International Institute for Central Asia, and the Digital Education Development Center under the Ministry of Digital Technologies. She also completed internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the International Relations Department of the University of Le Havre Normandy in France.
