Rasulov Adham Gofurovich is an experienced diplomat who has served in the diplomatic service for many years and holds the rank of Second-Class Adviser. His diplomatic career began in 1972. From 1990 to 1992 and again from 1996 to 2000, he headed the State Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He possesses extensive experience in organizing and coordinating official visits, state ceremonies, and all levels of diplomatic protocol.

Since 2000, he has been working at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. He initially served as Director of the Diplomatic Courses and currently works as an Associate Professor in the Department of International Relations.
