Nasiba Ergashova serves as a Course Coordinator at the Faculty of International Relations, JIDU. She has extensive experience in academic administration, organizing educational processes, supporting students’ academic and personal development, and facilitating research and practical events.

In her current role, Nasiba oversees students’ academic performance, attendance, and progress while monitoring their social well-being. She collaborates with faculty members to resolve academic challenges, coordinates class schedules, manages assessment processes, and organizes various seminars, trainings, and conferences. Nasiba also acts as a key communication link between students, departments, and the dean’s office.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations at UWED. Her research interests include political science, international relations, civil society institutions, international organizations, and global development. 

Nasiba previously worked as Head of the International Cooperation and Donor Engagement Department at the National Association of Non-Governmental Organizations of Uzbekistan. She facilitated over 15 partnerships and memorandums with major international NGOs from Germany, the USA, South Korea, China, and other countries, including UN Women, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, Abt Global, and West-East Encounters.

She organized major international events, such as the Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan NGO Forums and national human rights conferences, and represented the Association at USAID and ADB international forums.
