Sanjar R. Safarov serves as a Chief Specialist at the Faculty of International Relations of the University. He has practical experience in international relations, educational process management, and academic administration. Prior to his current role, he worked as a Leading Specialist at the University’s Office of Academic and Faculty Affairs, as well as a Chief Specialist at the Office of Student Admission and Registration. In these positions, he was responsible for organizing the educational process, maintaining academic documentation, managing the HEMIS and MOODLE systems, advising students, and participating in accreditation and quality assurance procedures.

In his professional activities, Sanjar R. Safarov has developed solid experience in academic management aligned with international standards, monitoring the quality of education, and working effectively with students. In cooperation with the university’s academic community, he contributes to improving curricula in accordance with global best practices and takes an active role in the university’s efforts to enter international rankings. He is distinguished by his analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, commitment to academic discipline, and strong communication skills demonstrated through various implemented projects.

Sanjar Safarov is a master’s student of the joint “Water Diplomacy” program offered by the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and the National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers.” He is also a graduate of the course “Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Modern Methods of Big Data Analysis” organized by Yandex (Moscow), gaining advanced competencies in analyzing global political processes and applying AI-based data analysis methods. His expertise in international relations, diplomacy, and academic administration contributes to the scientific and academic development of the University.
