Farangiz Shokirova is an assistant-professor at the “International Relations” Department of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. She conducts seminar classes in International Relations History, Fundamentals of Diplomacy, Fundamentals of the U.S. Political System, and U.S. Political History. In 2025, she completed her Master’s degree at UWED and successfully defended her thesis titled “U.S.–Turkey Relations during the R.T. Erdogan Era.”

Additionally, she graduated from Webster University in Tashkent with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations in 2024.

She also worked as an English teacher for three years. During this period, she trained many students who later achieved high scores on the IELTS exam.
