As a professor of English linguistics, Professor Samadov specializes in the semantic analysis of words. He has published numerous scientific articles on word analysis, cross-cultural communication, and conference interpreting. He has authored two monographs in Russian, The Word and Philological Methods of Its Study and The Vocabulary of Modern English: Issues of Ontology and Heuristics.

Professor Samadov has also organized the work of Uzbekistan's first university Training Center for Conference Interpreters, pioneering this initiative in the country. He is an accomplished public speaker and has appeared on various radio and TV programs. His lectures and articles have been published in Denmark, the USA, and several former Soviet republics. As a Fulbright awardee, he delivered a series of lectures on lexical semantics across multiple states in the USA.
