Sayyora Arifovna holds the position of associate professor of the department, candidate of legal sciences, teaches the subjects Business Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Civil Procedural and Economic Procedural Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He has more than 35 published scientific articles in the field of economic, civil procedure, and business law. Sayyora Arifovna Shadiyeva, having successfully graduated from the Law Faculty of the Tashkent State University in 1982, defended her dissertation for the degree of candidate of legal sciences in 1990, has more than 30 years of experience in teaching and research. At the same time, she has significant experience in the field of law enforcement, which was formed as a result of working as a judge, and then the head of the department of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as heading the legal services of large enterprises in the country. With her participation, more than one generation of lawyers has been trained, who are successfully working in law enforcement, other government agencies, diplomatic missions, as well as in the private sector.
