Biography Facts
Raimova Nargiza is a professor of the department, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor. Prior to that, she worked at troop 51411-U. She teaches subjects of civil law, intellectual property law, international intellectual property law. She has more than 100 scientific works, among them more than 35 articles published in foreign journals, 2 monographs, 4 textbooks and 5 manuals. She is the author of the monograph “Problems of use and protection of trade secrets in civil turnover in the Republic of Uzbekistan”, textbooks “Civil Law”, “Customs Law” and others. At the Tashkent State Institute of Law she defended her PhD thesis on “Problems of improving the legislation on confidential information in business legal relations in the Republic of Uzbekistan” (2012), as well as her doctoral thesis on “Use and protection of confidential information in civil legal relations” (2018). She is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences on civil law and other private law disciplines. Graduate of the Tashkent State Law Institute: Bachelor's degree (2007), Master's degree (2009), postgraduate studies (2012).
