Abduganiyeva Shakhlo Muminovna is a senior teacher of the Department of Romance-Germanic Languages of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, teaches German as a primary and second foreign language.

Before that, from 1996 to 2015, she worked as a senior teacherat the Department of Theory and Practice of the German Language at the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, taught practical and theoretical linguistics, gave lectures on "Theories of Phonetics", and also from 2002  to 2005, she worked as a teacher and translator at the center of German technologies of "Ozavtoyul" concern. Shahlo Abduganiyeva regularly improves her skills and actively participates in conferences and seminars organized by the Goethe Institute, DAAD, OAD, the German Embassy in Uzbekistan. Including in 1999 at the RUR-University of Germany, in 2003 at the "Ammann" company in the city of Alfeld in Lein, in 2009 at the Goethe Institute in the city of Freiburg, in 2014 at the Johannes Gutenberg University. Along with pedagogical activities, she carries out scientific and translation activities. There are about 30 scientific works. In particular, 2 educational - methodical manuals, 1 educational - manual, 1 electronic textbook, 2 dictionaries and many foreign, international, republican scientific articles and theses, is the author.
