Ayjan Polatovna Narmatova is a lecturer at the Department of Romance-Germanic Languages at the UWED. Previously, she worked at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, in the Department of German Philology as a lecturer.

She taught German as a second foreign language to 2nd- and 3rd-year students. She also taught the following subjects:

• Methodology of Teaching German

• Theoretical Grammar of the German Language

• World Literature

• Language of the Media
