In 2009, she completed her Bachelor's degree at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Faculty of International Law, specializing in “Jurisprudence (International Law)”. In 2011, she received her Master's degree in International Trade Law at the Faculty of International Law of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. Her professional career began in 2011 at the National Airline Company "Uzbekistan Airways," where she worked as a Specialist in the Department for Implementation of Investment Projects until 2012. From 2012 until August 2015, she worked as a Notary Intern at the State Notarial Office No. 3 of Shaykhontokhur District in Tashkent. Upon completion of her internship, she successfully passed the Higher Qualification Examination at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and was appointed as a Notary at the State Notarial Office No. 4 of Mirzo Ulugbek District, Tashkent. From 2015 until December 2020, when state notarial offices were dissolved, she worked as a Notary at the State Notarial Office No. 4 of Mirzo Ulugbek District, Tashkent. In 2020, following the dissolution of the notarial office, she obtained a License granting the right to engage in private notary practice. From 2021 until July 2025, she worked as a private practice Notary in Mirzo Ulugbek District, Tashkent.

Currently, she is a Lecturer at the Department of “International Law and Public Law Disciplines”, teaching the subject of Notarial Law, as well as conducting seminars on Theory of State and Law, History of State and Law, and Administrative Law and Process.
