In 2006, he graduated from the International Islamic Academy with a specialization in "International Law" in the field of jurisprudence. In 2008, he completed a master's degree in Islamic Law at the same university.

From 2014 to 2016, he conducted independent research at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. In 2014, he began his teaching career at the UNESCO Department of International Law and Human Rights.

In 2021, he successfully defended his dissertation titled "The Development of Uzbekistan's International Legal Relations with the Gulf Countries" to obtain a PhD in Law in the field of International Law at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

Since 2022, he has been serving as an associate professor in the Department of International Law and Public Law Disciplines. In 2024, by order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, he was awarded the diplomatic rank of attaché.

His current research work is focused on preparing a DSc dissertation on the topic "International Legal Foundations of Uzbekistan’s Cooperation in the Field of Migration."
