Israilova Zarina Sadriddinovna graduated from the Tashkent State Law Institute in 2010 with a bachelor's degree and in 2013 with a master's degree. In 2010-2011, Z.S. Israilova worked as a lawyer at the Mirabad district branch of the People's Bank, in 2013-2014 - as a legal adviser to the state enterprise "Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Plant", in 2014-2015 - as a teacher of international public law at the Faculty of Law of the Tashkent State University of Law, in 2015-2016 - a teacher at the Tashkent State Faculty of Law.

In 2016-2018, he worked as a teacher at the Department of Judicial and Law Enforcement Agencies of the Tashkent State University of Law. at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law.

Since 2018, he has been a doctoral student at the Department of Legal Foundations of State Structure and Administration of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. On July 7, 2020, at the Academic Council of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, d.s.07/30.12.2019 Yu.22.02 on the topic “Improving the mechanism for assessing the effectiveness of representative bodies of Local Self-Government” 12.00.02 - “Constitutional Law. Administrative Law. Successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law in the specialty “Financial and Customs Law”.
