Biography Facts
Sarvinoz Islombekovna works as a Teaching Assistant at the Department of International Relations of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. Her teaching focuses on the theory and history of international relations, the basics of diplomacy, international organizations and research methods. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Contemporary Political Processes from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
Fluent in Russian, English, and Arabic, she has gained substantial practical experience at the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where she was engaged in legislative work, including the review and analysis of laws and by-laws. She has also participated in major national and international events, contributing to event coordination and the development of diplomatic protocol practices.
She defended her dissertation on the topic “Ceasefire and Mediation Processes: The Case of the South Caucasus.” Her research interests encompass conflict and conflict dynamics, mediation in ceasefire processes, and the broader challenges of peacebuilding.
