Biography Facts
Alisher Bobonazarov, teacher at the Department of "Civil Law and Private International Law"works in the position. He graduated from Tashkent State Law University with a Bachelor's degree (LLB) in “International Law and Comparative Legislation”. Then he completed a Master's degree (LLM) in “International Business Law” at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. During 2023-2025, he completed a Master's degree (LLM) in “International and European Trade and Investment Law” at the University of Szeged on the basis of a Hungarian government grant “Stipendium Hungaricum”. Before that, he worked as an online legal consultant on the Yuridik.uz legal platform and as an Assistant of the director at the Intellectual Property Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. At the university, he teaches courses in Modern tendencies of private international law, international investment law, international commercial arbitration, negotiation and mediation, private international law, alternative dispute resolution, civil and commercial law of foreign countries, and international commercial law. Alisher Bobonazarov has published various articles and theses in the fields of public, private law and national law.
