Biography Facts
In 2009, she graduated with a bachelor's degree from the International Law Faculty of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, specializing in Jurisprudence international law. In 2011, she completed her master's degree at the same university in the field of diplomatic and consular law.
From 2012 to 2015, she conducted research as a senior research fellow at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, specializing in consular issues. In 2015, she began her teaching career in the Department of State Building and Law, and since 2020, she has been working as a senior lecturer in the UNESCO Department of International Law and Human Rights. Currently, she teaches and conducts research in the Department of International Law and Public Law Disciplines, within the International Law Faculty. In 2024, she was awarded the diplomatic rank of attaché by order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Her primary focus in current academic work is on her PhD dissertation, titled "Organizational and Legal Support of the Consular Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan: An International Legal Perspective."
