    70420102 – International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution – covers the areas of organization and management of organizational processes related to international arbitration and dispute resolution in state authorities and public administration bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan; judicial and law enforcement bodies, the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as in production and service enterprises of various forms of ownership, non-governmental and non-profit organizations and other non-governmental structures, and independent scientific activities in relevant areas in research institutions and centers.

    The theoretical knowledge and practical competencies obtained as a result of training allow graduates to:

    • Analyze international arbitration, mediation and cross-border disputes;

    • Understand the legal mechanisms of the arbitration process and arbitration institutions;

    • Write reports and petitions as an expert on dispute resolution;

    • Analyze international agreements, contracts and documents related to arbitration.
