Biography
Born on December 30, 1982, in Nukus.
In 2005, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
In 2007, he completed his Master’s degree at the same faculty.
In 2009, he graduated from the Faculty of Finance (extramural program) of Tashkent State University of Economics.
From 2007 to 2011, he served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Main Directorate for Foreign Policy Analysis and Strategy as Referent, Attaché, Third Secretary, and Second Secretary.
From 2011 to 2013, he headed a department within the Main Directorate for Foreign Policy Analysis and Strategy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
From 2013 to 2017, he served as Attaché of the Political Analysis Division at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the United States of America.
From 2017 to 2018, he served as First Secretary of the Political Analysis Division at the Embassy in the United States.
From 2018 to 2019, he was First Secretary of the Americas Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
From 2019 to 2020, he served as Head of the Organizational and Inspection Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
From 2020 to 2023, he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Austria and Permanent Representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
From 2022 to 2023, he concurrently served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Hungary.
On October 26, 2023, he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Italian Republic and Permanent Representative to the Rome-based international organizations.
Since December 2024, he has also served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Cyprus.
On March 2, 2025, he was appointed the first Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Malta.
