Biography
Born on November 4, 1984, in Kokand, Fergana region.
In 2006, graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy with a degree in International Law.
In 2008, obtained a Master’s degree in Law from Tashkent State University of Law.
In 2010, earned a Master’s degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 2018–2021, studied at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and conducted research activities at Moscow State University’s Center for Strategic Studies.
In June 2021, defended her PhD thesis in Economics at Lomonosov Moscow State University and holds the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences (PhD in Economics).
Professional Career:
Since April 12, 2019, served as Deputy Director of the Agency for Information and Mass Communications under the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Since 2019, member of the Commission on Gender Equality of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In 2020–2022, served as Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Public Foundation for the Support and Development of National Mass Media.
In February 2020, participated in the “The Power of Influence” Global Women’s Forum held in Dubai and organized by the Dubai Women Establishment.
From November 14, 2022, served as Head of the Communications and Information Policy Department of the Executive Office of the Presidential Administration.
On August 25, 2023, appointed Assistant to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
From June 24, 2025, appointed Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In 2025, became a member of the Higher Committee of the Sheikh Zayed “Human Fraternity” Award.
