A training seminar was held at UWED on the improvement of psychological activity in higher educational institutions

In order to ensure the implementation of the order of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan No 431 (Appendix No 3), a training seminar for psychologists of higher educational institutions on the topic "Improving psychological activity in higher educational institutions: issues of inclusive education, preventive diagnosis and correction" was organized at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
This training seminar was conducted by the Main Scientific and Methodological Center (GNMC) of the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel of the Higher Education System with the participation of psychologists of higher educational institutions.
The training seminar was held under the guidance of the First Vice-Rector of the University for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work Yusupjanov Odil Abdugafurovich. During the event, detailed information was provided about the modern system of work with students being introduced at the university, its importance and practical results.
The next part of the training seminar was continued by the psychologist of the university N. Norovaya, during which the issues of effective organization of the psychological service in higher educational institutions, strengthening psychopreventive work, as well as improving the processes of psychological diagnosis and correction were discussed in detail. In addition to theoretical knowledge, the participants had the opportunity to exchange experience through practical exercises and interactive trainings.
Within the framework of the training seminar, special attention was paid to the development of inclusive education. In particular, the issues of the role of the psychological service in working with students with disabilities and special educational needs in higher educational institutions, their adaptation to the educational process and strengthening the mechanisms of psychological support were discussed. Practical recommendations were given on the organization of diagnostic and correctional work, taking into account the individual psychological state of students in inclusive education.
Also during the seminar, national and international experience in using the biopsychosocial model in working with students, managing stress and emotional tension, ensuring academic adaptation and psychological stability was analyzed. It was noted that these approaches make it possible to comprehensively assess the psychological state of students and provide them with timely assistance.
During the training, methodological recommendations were given on planning, documentation, monitoring and criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the psychological service. Practical classes were organized on psychological diagnostics of students in the context of general groups, early identification of psychological risk groups, and the use of individual and group correction methods.
As a result of the training seminar, important conclusions were made on the further systematization of the activities of the psychological service in higher educational institutions, improving the professional competencies of psychologists, strengthening the effectiveness of work with students and the formation of a healthy and stable psychological environment.
This training seminar played an important role in strengthening the professional knowledge and skills of psychologists of higher educational institutions, introducing modern psychological approaches into practice and developing professional cooperation.
