Biography
February 28, 1972 — Born in Kattakurgan, Samarkand region.
In 1995-1999 — Graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (Tashkent) and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
He is fluent in German, Russian and English.
1995–1999 — Worked as an intern, referent and attaché of the Department for European Countries at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
1999–2003 — Worked as an attaché and third secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Federal Republic of Germany.
2003–2007 — Worked as the head of the department of the Department for Cooperation with European Countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2007–2010 — Head of the Department for Cooperation with European Countries and NATO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
May 2010 – 2013 — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Federal Republic of Germany. At the same time, he was accredited in Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Sweden, and since July 2012, he has been accredited in Spain.
2013–2016 — Head of the Department for Cooperation with the UN and International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
