    Cooperation “Family-Mahalla-Educational Institution”

    Today, cooperation between the family, the mahalla (community), and educational institutions plays an important role in the educational process. Effective interaction among these three parties is of great significance for the spiritual and social development of young people, as well as for building a healthy society.

    On October 10 of this year, tutor of the 2nd year students of the Faculty of International Relations, organized a meeting with students living in the “Yangi Olmochi” mahalla and their parents. In cooperation with the citizens’ assembly of the “Yangi Olmochi” mahalla, an analysis of the current state of cooperation was also conducted:

    • Relations between family and educational institution: organizing parent meetings, online monitoring, increasing parents’ attention to students’ achievements.
    • Cooperation between mahalla and educational institution: participation of the mahalla council in the educational process, providing social support.
    • Existing problems: insufficient information exchange, low activity of parents and students.

    Proposals for strengthening the cooperation system:

    • Regularly organize round-table discussions and meetings with students’ parents;
    • Promote the strengthening of parents’ role, duties, and responsibilities in the upbringing of their children, as well as their mutual relationships;
    • Inform parents about ongoing reforms in the education system;
    • Establish communication between the mahalla elder, the tutor, and the student, and strengthen cooperation with citizens’ assemblies of the mahalla and district preventive inspectors.

    The system of cooperation between “Family - Mahalla - Educational Institutions” is an important factor in the upbringing of youth and the strengthening of society. An agreement was reached to implement the proposed measures step by step and to establish continuous monitoring.
