In the period from May 10 to May 11, 2025, students of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED), together with teachers of the Department of Uzbek and Russian Languages, took an active part in events organized by the Center for Social Rehabilitation "Tabassum Inclusion".

During the visit, the participants got acquainted with an exhibition dedicated to inclusive creativity, which presented the works of children with disabilities: drawings, handmade ceramics, decorative shoppers, as well as soap-based aromatic products. The exhibition was held from May 8 to 11 and became a vivid demonstration of the talent and creativity of children studying in inclusive education programs.

UWED students, together with children and volunteers of the Youth Union, took part in a series of master classes on drawing, modeling, making crafts and creating souvenirs. One of the most heartfelt moments was the joint preparation of lemonade and treating visitors to the exhibition. Such events not only contribute to the development of communication skills and social adaptation in children, but also form a culture of inclusive interaction and social partnership among young people.

Teachers of the department also contributed by taking part in a charity fair, where products created by the students of the Center were purchased. The proceeds are used to support the educational and rehabilitation programs of the Center.

The Tabassum Inclusion Social Rehabilitation Center, headed by Shakhnoza Ikramova, provides comprehensive assistance to children with disabilities and promotes the values of inclusive education. The institution provides free education and rehabilitation to children not only from the capital, but also from the regions of Uzbekistan. The center has a convenient and safe infrastructure developed on the basis of the principles of universal design, which allows children to receive education in a comfortable and accessible environment.

The participation of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in the activities of the Tabassum Inclusion Center has become part of the implementation of the university's mission to support sustainable development, promote inclusion and social responsibility.
