An open lesson on the richness and diversity of Russian traditions was held at UWED

An open lesson was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, organized by A. Atabekova, an instructor at the Department of Uzbek and Russian Languages and the head of the “Maska” creative club.
The event was dedicated to the richness and diversity of Russian traditions. Led by their instructor, the students embarked on a fascinating journey into the world of Russian customs and rituals. A. Atabekova not only spoke about the origins of these traditions but also elaborated on the ceremonial aspects that have shaped the country's cultural code over centuries.
An interactive quiz sparked particular interest among the participants. Its purpose was not only to test knowledge but also to develop oral communication skills and expand the students' vocabulary on topics related to folk customs.
The atmosphere of the lesson was lively and productive: students actively engaged in the discussion, asked questions, and shared their impressions.
The lesson made a significant contribution to the educational process. It not only deepened the students' knowledge of the Russian language but also helped strengthen their connection to Russia's cultural heritage, sparking their interest in the further study of its traditions.
