Khamedov Isa Akhlimanovich is the author of a number of books, over 200 educational and scientific, educational and methodological, scientific works on administrative, customs, constitutional, parliamentary, tax, consular, international law, legal foundations of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, published in Uzbekistan and abroad, including 10 textbooks, 20 monographs, educational and scientific manuals, over 150 articles.

Khamedov I. A. is considered one of the leading scientists in the field of state building and administrative law. He was elected an academician of the International Eurasian Academy of Administrative Sciences, has a diplomatic career, and is actively involved in the implementation of projects within the framework of national and international grants, including the UNDP, JICA(Japan), GIZ, IRZ(Germany), USAID(USA) and others in the legal reforms.

Khamedov I.A. - member of the interdepartmental expert group to ensure the development of draft regulatory legal acts in the field of state and public construction, member of the Working Group of the Commission for the preparation of draft regulatory legal acts provided in connection with the implementation of amendments to the articles of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, took an active part in the preparation of the Concept of administrative reform and in the development of draft Strategy of the action plan, Development Strategy, Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030" and draft state programs for current years; expert of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, member of the scientific advisory council of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan. I. Khamedov  is the Chairman of the Scientific Council for awarding academic degrees in: constitutional law, administrative law, financial law, customs law, tax law, civil law, labor law, transport law, etc., Chairman of the Scientific Seminar and Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Council at UWED for doctoral dissertations in the specialty: "International Law"; member of the Scientific Expert Council of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, member of the Academic Council of the Law Enforcement  Academy  of the Republic of Uzbekistan, member of the editorial boards of scientific journals of the Ural and Siberian Law Universities, is also a member of the Interdepartmental Certification Commission in the direction of "Jurisprudence" and "Jurisprudence" based on the results of retraining and advanced training of legal personnel at TSUL.

He was awarded commemorative medals by the Presidents of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the anniversary of the country and the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the Honorary Badge of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and has a diplomatic rank.
