Biography
1976 — Born in Tashkent.
Late 1990s — Graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
Early 2000s — Awarded the prestigious UK Chevening Scholarship.
2000s — Obtained Master’s degrees in International Strategy from the University of York (United Kingdom) and Waseda University (Japan).
2000s — Conducted research at Oriel College, University of Oxford.
2007 — Defended his doctoral dissertation at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and received a Doctor of Science degree (Associate Professor).
Late 2000s — Member of the Japan Foundation and completed postdoctoral research at the University of Tokyo.
2008–2013 — Delivered lectures and seminars in economics, microeconomics, and related disciplines.
2010s — Served as Director of the Social Development Department and later as Vice-Rector for Finance and Management at the International Westminster University in Tashkent.
2014–2023 — Rector of the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) in Tashkent.
2023 — Appointed Rector of the Central Asian University for the Study of Environment and Climate Change (Green University) under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2025 — Simultaneously serving as Rector of the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
