Biography
Born on June 1, 1980 in Shovot district, Khorezm region.
In 2001, he graduated from the University of Warwick, UK, with a bachelor's degree in economics.
In 2003, he received a master's degree from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
In 2007, he graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics.
In 2010, he graduated from the Academy of State and Society Building under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In 2001, he began working as a leading specialist in the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Demonopoly and Development of Competition.
In 2004–2012, he worked as a leading and chief specialist in the Information and Analytical Department and the Department of Legal Expertise and International Treaties of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In 2012–2014, he worked as Deputy Director and Acting Director of the Research Center for Democratization and Liberalization of Judicial Legislation and Ensuring the Independence of the Judicial System under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In 2016–2017, he was the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
From January 4, 2017, he worked as the First Deputy State Advisor to the President.
On August 14, 2017, he was appointed Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the Presidential Decree.
Since September 2019, he has been a member of the Political Council of the Adolat Social Democratic Party.
Since 2025, he has been appointed Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Representative Bodies, Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations, Religion and Youth Issues.
