    A preventive and spiritual-psychological event was organized at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy on the topic “Stable and safe environment - further strengthening of the educational environment based on mutual respect and trust.” The event was attended by representatives of the university management, faculty, staff, members of the Advisory Council on Women's Affairs, a psychologist, representatives of the Office of Youth Affairs and a prevention inspector.

    The main goal of this event was to form and strengthen a healthy and stable spiritual and psychological atmosphere at the university, ensure an intolerant attitude towards all forms of violence against women, strengthen professional ethics and service discipline among faculty and staff, widely promote the principles of mutual respect, trust and tolerance, as well as increase the legal, spiritual and psychological literacy of students, especially female students.

    During the event, the Chairman of the Advisory Council on Women's Affairs E. Sultanova spoke, who noted that the issue of protecting the rights of women and students is one of the priority areas of state policy. She emphasized the importance of improving the moral environment in educational institutions, preventing any cases of violence and pressure, and increasing the professional responsibility of teachers and staff. It was also emphasized that male teachers and staff should lead by example, observing professional ethics and service discipline, and that disrespect and inappropriate behavior towards female students is strictly unacceptable.

    University Prevention Inspector Sh. Boymatov noted that every word and action of a teacher directly affects the student’s personality, and a position or official position is never above the law. The psychologist, in turn, scientifically explained the importance of mutual respect and open dialogue in creating a healthy educational environment, as well as the fact that the negative consequences of psychological violence lead to such dangerous results as decreased self-confidence, stress, depression and depression. During the event, practical recommendations were given on the correct conduct of dialogue in conflict situations, avoiding emotional pressure and manipulation, showing empathy while maintaining a professional distance, as well as respect for the personal space and dignity of students. The need was also emphasized for the educational institution to be a safe and secure environment for every student, especially for female students, and for the work to be carried out on the basis of the principle of “zero tolerance” for any pressure and violence.

    During the event, participants expressed their opinions and put forward proposals for organizing regular training seminars for teaching staff on professional ethics and gender culture, further enhancing psychological counseling services for students, improving the system of anonymous complaints in cases of violence and harassment, as well as strengthening efforts to clarify and promote the internal regulations of the university.

    This event played an important role in strengthening a healthy atmosphere in the university staff, based on mutual respect and trust, increasing responsibility for compliance with professional ethics and developing a decisive attitude towards any manifestations of violence. At the end of the event, all participants recognized that ensuring a stable, safe and spiritually healthy educational environment is the direct responsibility of every employee and teacher.
