    Biography Facts

    Shakhzoda Shakhobova is a dedicated teacher and researcher specializing in international finance, investment, and management. Since September 2025, she has been serving at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) in Tashkent, where she works within the Department of International Finance and Investments. Her teaching and academic work focus on preparing students to navigate the global economic environment with strong analytical and managerial skills. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Westminster International University in Tashkent in 2017 and obtained her Master’s degree from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in 2020. Her academic specialization combines pedagogy, marketing, and management, allowing her to integrate both business theory and educational practice into her teaching approach. Before joining UWED, Shakhzoda gained diverse professional experience in education. From 2023 to 2025, she worked as a lecturer at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers – National Research University, and earlier taught at “SUITS” and “PSP Education” training centers, where she conducted courses in mathematics, English, and logical reasoning.  In her current role, Shakhzoda focuses on fostering practical understanding of finance and investment principles, encouraging students to apply theoretical models to real-world business cases. Her research interests include financial literacy education, innovative teaching methods in higher education, and pedagogical approaches for developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
