В УМЭД проводилось выездное судебное заседание в сотрудничестве с Ташкентским межрайонным экономическим судом.
9 июля 2019 года в судебном зале Юридической клиники Университета мировой экономики и дипломатии в сотрудничестве с Ташкентским межрайонным экономическим судом состоялось выездное судебное заседание для ознакомления студентов с процессами экономических судов.
В судебном заседании приняли участие судья И.Хакимова из Ташкентского городского межрайонного экономического суда, прокурор Олмазорской районной прокуратуры А.Хайдаров, со стороны истца адвокат представляющая интересы ООО “Unimax” Л.Закирова и ответчик из Налоговой инспекций Олмазорского района старший инспектор А.Тажмиддинов.
Судебный процесс проводился в порядке, установленном Экономическим процессуальным кодексом Республики Узбекистан и другими нормативными правовыми актами. В начале процесса председатель суда И.Хакимова напомнила сторонам о правах и обязанностях. После этого судом стороны были заслушаны и рассмотрены представленные ими документы. В то время помощник прокурора А.Хайдаров контролировал законность судебного процесса.
После суда был объявлен вердикт по делу, и его правовые аспекты были оснащены. Студенты получили ответы на свои вопросы, от участников судебного процесса.
In the UWED a field court session was held in cooperation with the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court.

Judge I.Khakimova from the Tashkent city inter-district economic court, the assistant of prosecutor of Olmazor district prosecutor's office A.Haydarov, the plaintiff’s lawyer representing the interests of “Unimax” LLC L.Zakirova and the defendant from the Tax inspectors office of Olmazor district inspector A.Tazhmiddinov, attended at the trial.
The trial was conducted in the manner prescribed by the Economic Procedural Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other regulatory legal acts. At the beginning of the trial, the chairman of the court, I. Khakimova, reminded the parties of their rights and obligations. After that, the parties were heard and examined the documents submitted by them. At that time, the assistant of prosecutor A.Haydarov controlled the legality of the judicial process.
After the trial, the court verdict was announced, and its legal aspects were equipped. Students received answers to their questions from the participants in the trial.
JIDUda Toshkent shahar tumanlararo iqtisodiy sudi bilan hamkorlikda sayyor sud majlisi
2019-yil 9-iyul kuni Jahon iqtisodiyoti va diplomatiya universiteti Yuridik klinikasi binosida Toshkent shahar tumanlararo iqtisodiy sudi bilan hamkorlikda talabalarni iqtisodiy sud jarayonlari bilan yaqindan tanishtirish maqsadida sayyor sud majlisi bo`lib o`tdi.
Sud majlisida Toshkent shahar tumanlararo iqtisodiy sudi sudiyasi I.Xakimova, Toshkent shahar Olmazor tuman Prokuraturasi prokuror yordamchisi A.Haydarov, da`vogar “Unimax” MCHJ manfaatlarini himoya qiluvchi sifatida “Zakirova Larisa Grigorevna” advokatlik byurosi advokati L.Zakirova va javobgar Toshkent shahar Olmazor tuman soliq inspeksiyasi tomonidan katta soliq inspektori A.Tajmiddinovlar ishtirok etishdi.
Sud majlisi O`zbekiston Respublikasi Iqtisodiy protsessual kodeksi va boshqa normativ huquqiy hujjatlaridan o`rnatilgan tartibda olib borildi. Sud majlisi avvalida sud raisi I.Xakimova tomonlarga huquq va majburiyatlarini eslatib o`tdi. Shundan so`ng tomonlar tinglanib, ular taqdim etgan hujjatlar o`rganib chiqildi. Bu vaqtda prokuror yordamchisi A.Haydarov sud jarayonida qonuniylik ta`minlanishi ustidan nazoratni amalga oshirdi.
Sud majlisi so`ngida mazkur ish yuzasidan hukm e`lon qilinib, uning huquqiy jihatlari asoslab berildi. Talabalar bevosita sud jarayoniga oid savollariga bilan sud ishtirokchilaridan javob olishdi.
